Welcome to Samsn Reach. By accessing or using our website and services to lease billboard advertising space, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use this site or our services.

2. Services Provided

Samsn Reach provides billboard advertising space for lease in various locations across the UK. We offer flexible leasing terms tailored to your campaign duration, size, and location needs.

3. Eligibility

To lease billboard space, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.

  • Provide accurate business and payment information.

  • Have legal authority to advertise the content you submit.

4. Leasing Terms

  • Booking: Space is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of a signed agreement and payment.

  • Payment: Full or scheduled payment must be received before the campaign begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Duration: Leasing periods are stated in the agreement. Early termination may not be eligible for a refund unless otherwise specified.

  • Content Approval: All artwork must be submitted at least [X days] before the display start date and is subject to approval by Samsn Reach.

5. Advertising Content

You are fully responsible for the legality, accuracy, and copyright status of the content you provide. We reserve the right to reject or remove content that:

  • Violates laws or regulations.

  • Contains false or misleading claims.

  • It is offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made 14 days before the campaign start may receive a partial refund (minus admin or production costs).

  • No refunds will be issued after the campaign has started unless otherwise agreed.

  • Cancellations due to content violation or breach of terms are not eligible for a refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

Samsn Reach is not liable for:

  • Losses or damages arising from ad content.

  • Errors or omissions in submitted materials.

  • Technical issues, vandalism, or force majeure may impact billboard visibility.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Samsn Reach, including designs, artwork, and layouts, remain our property unless purchased separately or agreed otherwise in writing.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bristol.
